Wallace Commercial Building

This development involved the demolition of several existing commercial buildings and the construction of a two storied commercial building that also included a basement level carpark.

TDG was commissioned to assess the level of effect the proposed development and its associated traffic activity would likely have on the efficiency and performance of the local road network, and to also provide technical advice on the design of the basement carpark and access.

TDG found that the traffic-related impact of the proposed development would be minor in nature and that the local road network could absorb the increased traffic flows generated by the building tenants in a safe and efficient manner.  The development has since been built and is now tenanted.
