EMME (Equilibre Multimodal, Multimodal Equilibrium) is a complete travel demand forecasting system for urban, regional and national transportation planning.  Produced by Inro Consultants Inc. (Canada) it is used worldwide in the development of roading and public transport projects.

The latest version, EMME 3 offers a comprehensive set of tools for demand modelling, multimodal network modelling and analysis, all accessible via the EMME Desktop which provides an integrated GUI for performing professional and productive transport model development, administration, visualization and analysis, and reporting.  Integration with georeferenced maps and GIS data is fully supported via the ESRI ArcGIS™ plug-in.
