Kelly Tarlton's currently operate a shark diving activity inside the site where participants are lowered into the shark tank inside a cage. In April 2010 they proposed to add a mobile stall that would sit along the well used footpath along Tamaki Drive. The stall would access a hatch in the footpath and people would be able to undertake the shark diving experience from the stall being lowered down below the footpath in a cage to the shark tank below.

TDG was commissioned to undertake an assessment of the stall and the additional demand that it would generate due to its improved visibility. The assessment of the stall has shown that the stall will not create a significant additional number of trips and will not restrict pedestrian a cyclist movements along the wide footpath.
