Mark Georgeson

Mark Georgeson joined Traffic Design Group as a graduate in 1992, having qualified with a Bachelor of Engineering honours degree from the University of Auckland in 1991. With an engineering career as a traffic and transportation specialist that spans 20 years, Mark has a rich experience as a transport professional that sees him providing lead advice to private companies, public authorities and individuals. In 1999 and 2002, Mark completed Executive Programmes at Victoria University and the University of Auckland Business School and since 2004, has been the director-in-charge of the company’s Wellington office. He is a Chartered Professional Engineer, a Member of the Institution of Professional Engineers New Zealand, an International Professional Engineer and a member of the Institute of Transportation Engineers. With his wide-ranging involvements, Mark is also an invited Associate Member of the New Zealand Planning Institute and a member of the Association of Local Government Engineers New Zealand.
